Well, it’s unfortunate that i have to let this site go (stumbleexchange.org) but I currently have multiple projects running at the same time which makes it hard to find quality time actively promoting the site.

The site uses the Pligg CMS script which is based around the software Digg.com uses.
The domain ranks high for the term “stumble exchange” and site already has 25 users that use the site but the site needs more active users to make the Stumble exchanges more fluid.

The site definitely does have potential and to the right owner the site could literally be their very own traffic source, if marketed right. I’m still hesitant to let it go but the reality is that it will be sitting on my server until the next renewal date.

For anyone looking to start a blog in the popular Muscle Building Niche (http://www.gain-weight.info), a PR 2 blog is on auction and has generated some revenue ( $0.00 - $0.30 a day).

The site uses Wordpress as its content management system, which makes it very easy to use and update.

My Recommendations:
Definitely a decent auction, should be able to BIN it for about $30.

Flippers Review:
I’ve used the same themes before and prefer to use a 3 column theme. So I’d basically change the wordpress theme and logo. Change the placement of the ads so the Adsense is integrated well within the articles themselves.

Since it body build I’d identify area of interests i.e healthy eating, supplements etc and try to find or write articles based on these areas.

Note: If your note really interested in blogging about Muscle building etc, then you should skip this one and wait till you find something that your willing and able to writing about for a few months.

For bloggers looking to jump straight in and buy a blog with existing traffic and possible revenue, I’d have to recommend Digital Point’s Buy, Sell or Trade forum.

Newbie and Veteran Bloggers are able to find a pleathora of blogs, websites and domains being offered on auction to the highest bidder. What I like about the Buy, Sell or Trade at Digital Point is number of auctions being listed on a daily basis and with most sellers looking for quick sales, you can definitely pickup some great bargains.

I must confess that it can be very addictive, I have to purchase and extra server to handle the extra blogs I’ve purchased from the forum.

For newbie bloggers looking to purchase their first blog, I’d recommend you start with a small auction offers to easy yourself into the auction process.
Remember… verify everything!

If the auction has a blog/site says it has 300 visits per day, ask for Traffic stats, If the offer claims to be make avg $1 per day, ask for proof of revenue stats for previous months.

If your starting out and wanted to get your feet wet the Digital Point forum is a nice place to start as it has auctions on blogs that cover a wide variety of niches. It just depends on how much your willing to spend.

Like i said before, Buying Blogs via auctions, it can be very addictive and hell of alot of fun.
